André heads the Administration, Marketing and Operational divisions based at Head Office in East London. Armed with a Sales and Marketing qualification, André started at entry level in the security industry, which allowed for the best schooling platform in a very competitive and regulated industry.

André manages a successful family business that runs throughout the Eastern Cape with a work force in excess of 1200 staff and over the past years has successfully and passionately added to the basket of services, including commercial cleaning and more recently a technology division. He continually strives to develop his staff and explores opportunities within the industry, allowing Broubart to drive innovation and maintain service excellence. André excels in surf ski paddling & canoeing and competes Nationally with outstanding results.

Mark heads up the Port Elizabeth Branch of the family business and services the security and cleaning industry throughout the Eastern Cape extending to George.

Studying LAW at the University of Port Elizabeth and then gaining valuable experience in the Fraud unit of the SA Police has allowed Mark the insight and edge required to service the security industry. The years dedicated to the Port Elizabeth region have given Mark the cutting edge on what services are needed by the business community. Mark is equally dedicated to the Legends Rugby programme and is intimately involved with supporting the development of Rugby. Mark played for Eastern Province and continues to play and manage Legends Rugby for ex-Spingbok and Provincial Rugby players.
