André is a founding member of the Broubart Group, with more than 30 years of experience building the family business established by his father, Brian Wood. From its roots in traditional guarding, he has helped shape Broubart’s evolution into an integrated, technology-led security group.

More than two decades ago, André articulated the purpose that continues to guide the business: “Driven by people, powered by technology.” He established Broubart’s alarm business from the ground up in East London, building a strong foundation for the Group’s continued pursuit of proactive, AI-enabled security solutions.

His leadership centres on ownership, sound governance and the family values of integrity, accountability and care. He places particular emphasis on developing people, building capable leadership teams and ensuring that innovation delivers practical value and exceptional client service.

Today, André leads the Group’s strategic direction, working alongside its leadership team to strengthen its national presence and pursue international opportunities while preserving the values that have shaped Broubart from the beginning.

Based in Gqeberha, Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in the Broubart family business. A key member of the Group’s leadership team, he combines operational expertise with strong relationships and an extensive network that helps identify opportunities and support strategic growth.

Mark leads the Group’s manned guarding operations, building on Broubart’s longstanding commitment to quality while advancing the integration of guarding with AI-enabled security. His focus is on deploying people effectively within hybrid solutions, strengthening situational awareness and enabling proactive, coordinated response.

His leadership emphasises clear communication up and down the chain of command, accountability and an inclusive working environment. By keeping operational teams connected and supported, Mark helps ensure that Broubart’s people and technology work together to deliver consistent client protection and service.

Anton brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, electronic security and business leadership. Since joining Broubart Technologies in 2019, he has played a key role in developing and expanding the Group’s AI-driven offsite CCTV monitoring capability and integrated security solutions.

As Director of Technology and a key member of the Broubart Group’s leadership team, Anton helps shape the Group’s technology roadmap, advancing solutions that continue to propel Broubart on its exciting growth trajectory.

Combining technical expertise with commercial and operational insight, he works closely with teams across the Group to bring together AI, human verification and effective response—strengthening client protection, service delivery and innovation.

Helen leads Human Resources across the Broubart Group and is a key member of its leadership team. She helps build the people and organisational structures needed for sustainable growth, attracting talent whose skills, ethics and values align with Broubart’s purpose.

Her role centres on responsible recruitment, employee development and sound HR governance, with a strong commitment to compliance and fair employment practices. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure the right people are placed, supported and equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
